Renata
 Glebocki is a Political Consultant and Market Research Professional with 10+ years of political consulting and project management experience. Renata is currently a Managing Partner for Carapace Strategies, a cutting edge political consulting firm. Carapace uses a data-driven approach to shape political strategies and media for clients. Renata previously served as Director of Operations for You Should Run, a political consulting firm based in Orlando Florida. Renata oversaw everyday operations and digital media strategy, and played a pivotal role in 20+ campaigns across the state of Florida.

Renata previously worked with Opinions for Good(Op4G), a philanthropic data collection company which aims to expand funding for non-profits while meeting the market research needs of clients.

Renata earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University in 2014. She completed her Masters of Science in Management, MSM, in May 2021.
